Demara Gray

DeMara Gray, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in HR management, recruitment, and administration. Since March 2020, DeMara has held various roles at Fisher Arnold, progressing from HR Coordinator to Human Resources Manager. Prior to this, DeMara worked at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare for over six years in recruitment-focused positions, including Recruitment Specialist and Human Resources Assistant. DeMara's career began at the YMCA of Memphis & the Mid-South, where responsibilities spanned multiple leadership roles from Program Director to Membership & Marketing Director. DeMara's foundational experience includes serving as a FINS Intake Officer at the Crittenden County Juvenile Department. DeMara earned a Master's degree in Management with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Arkansas.
