Sherry Rettew, SPHR has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Sherry currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Fisher Associates PE, LS, LA, DPC since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Lacy Katzen LLP for a remarkable period of 16 years, where they were responsible for managing all HR functions for the law firm and providing guidance to senior management. Before joining Lacy Katzen LLP, they worked at Allstate Insurance for 8 years, starting as a Human Resources Representative and eventually being promoted to Senior Human Resources Representative with added supervisory responsibilities. Sherry's early career began at ManpowerGroup, where they worked as a Recruitment Specialist.

In terms of certifications, Sherry obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the Human Resources Certification Institute. Sherry also holds certifications in Developing a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Program and Employee Engagement, both from LinkedIn. Additionally, Sherry obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in October 2015.
