Julie Kolp

Julie Kolp, MBA, currently serves as Finance Controller at Fisher Barton since April 2022, and has been the Chief Financial Officer at Dodge County Signs, LLC since January 2011, overseeing the financial operations of the family-owned partnership. Prior to these roles, Julie was the Plant Accounting Manager at Crystal Farms Dairy Company from July 2019 to April 2022, and held the position of Finance Director for Dodge County, Wisconsin from 2001 to 2019, where responsibilities included financial statements, budgeting, and managing a substantial budget across various departments. Julie’s extensive experience encompasses ERP implementation, financial audits, and strategic leadership, with a strong emphasis on mentoring and developing teams. Julie holds a Master of Business Administration in Leadership and Accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Ottawa University-Milwaukee.
