Cathleen Bulot

Cathleen Bulot, MS, RHIA, currently serves as Revenue Cycle Director and HIM Director at Southwest Medical Center since March 2010, where responsibilities include managing staffing, budget, and day-to-day operations of the health information management department, as well as serving as a privacy official. In addition to practical management roles, Cathleen holds adjunct professor positions at the College of Healthcare Professionals and Fisher College, teaching courses in the HIM Bachelor's Degree program since 2015 and 2012 respectively. Previously, Cathleen served as HIM Director at Community Hospital from October 1985 to March 2010, overseeing all functions of the health information management department and acting as a HIPAA privacy officer. Cathleen holds a Master of Science degree from The College of St. Scholastica and a Bachelor of Science degree from Carroll College.
