Tina Stello

Tina Stello has extensive experience in education and human resource management, currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Minnesota State Colleges and Universities since June 2010, where Tina develops curricula for Human Resource Management and Business courses. Previously, Tina held the position of Director of People Analytics at Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC from April 2021 to August 2025, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion analytics. At Target, Tina worked from March 2015 to April 2021 in various roles related to learning and development operations, demonstrating expertise in training effectiveness and data management strategies. Tina's academic background includes a Master of Education in Human Resource Development and a Certificate in Adult Education from the University of Minnesota, coupled with foundational experience as a Graduate Assistant and a Heavy Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic in the Army Reserves.
