Janet Kuser

Janet Kuser is the Vice President of Academic Affairs at Fisher College. Janet previously spent 15 years at Starwood Hotels and Resorts, where they were the Vice President of Customer Relationship Management. Janet was responsible for the design, development, and deployment of the award-winning Frequent Guest Program, Starwood Preferred Guest. Janet also worked closely with the reservation system and was involved in many design and enhancement projects during their time at the company. Janet is a highly accomplished businesswoman with a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry.

Janet Kuser's educational career began with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Montclair State University. Janet then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School. Finally, they earned a Doctor of Education from Northeastern University in the field of Higher Education/Higher Education Administration.

Janet Kuser reports to Steven Rich, President. They are on a team with Robert Melaragni - VP, Enrollment Management, Carol Smith - VP, Finance, and Brenda Sanchez - VP, Advancement & Alumni Engagement.
