Sarah Hartley

Sarah Hartley, MHA, RHIA, CDEO, CRC, serves on the Member Board of Directors for Illinois MGMA and holds the position of System Director for Ambulatory Risk Adjustment and Clinical Documentation Integrity at Endeavor Health. With a strong background in health information management, coding, and clinical documentation improvement, Sarah has also contributed as an adjunct professor at various institutions, including the College of Lake County and Fisher College. Previous roles include Clinical Documentation Manager at Northwestern Medicine and System Director at Centegra Health System. Sarah earned a Master’s in Health Care Administration from National Louis University and is pursuing a Master’s in Education at the University of Cincinnati, where a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management was also obtained.
