Regina Camacho is a seasoned professional in customer service and sales coordination with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as the Global Commercial Sales Coordinator at Fisher & Paykel Appliances since March 2022, Regina previously worked at Xero as a Customer Experience Specialist in Banking, advising on bank-related queries using Salesforce. Regina held the position of Head of Customer Service at Cosmax Prestige (NZ) and Shiseido (NZ) for nearly a decade, overseeing order management and customer service operations for numerous luxury skincare and fragrance brands, while also mentoring customer service representatives.
