Jenny Zhao

Jenny Zhao serves as a Senior ICT Architect and Infrastructure Manager at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare since November 2014, where responsibilities include managing team performance, continuous operational and project management, and maintaining stakeholder relationships. Prior roles at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare include Systems Administrator, where Jenny oversaw network operations and provided technical support to enhance team performance. Before this, Jenny was a Support Engineer at Microsoft from July 2008 to October 2014, delivering technical support for Microsoft technologies and achieving high customer satisfaction. Jenny holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, both from Tongji University, obtained between 2002 and 2009.
