Richard Yan

Richard Yan has extensive work experience in product development engineering. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Product Development Engineer at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare since July 2022. Prior to their current role, they served as a Senior Product Development Engineer at the same company from July 2021 to June 2022. Before joining Fisher & Paykel Healthcare, Richard worked as a Senior Product Development Engineer at Aroa Biosurgery Limited from November 2020 to July 2021. Richard also had a significant tenure at Fisher and Paykel Healthcare, where they held the positions of Senior Product Development Engineer from June 2017 to October 2020 and Product Development Engineer from September 2013 to May 2017. Richard started their career as a Software Engineer at Navico from July 2010 to September 2013, and they gained initial experience as a Software Developer intern at Endace from December 2008 to February 2009.

Richard Yan completed a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Computer System at The University of Auckland from 2005 to 2008. Richard later pursued a Master of Engineering in Computer System at the same university from 2009 to 2010.
