Susan Hoefs

Susan Hoefs is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in healthcare and coaching. Currently serving as a Specialty Sleep Coach at BetterUp since July 2022, Susan previously held significant roles at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare, where responsibilities included Senior Homecare Sales Specialist and Wisconsin Sales Rep from March 2015. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at Aurora Health Care as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist from January 1994 to February 2015, working at the Aurora Sleep Disorders Center in Summit, WI. Additionally, Susan contributed to the Ashippun Fire Department as a firefighter-EMT from 1982 until January 2015 and held the position of Assistant to the Director of Curriculum at Hartford Union High School from 1991 to 2006.
