Tessa Whittle

Tessa Whittle is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as the Head of ESG Engagement & Corporate Affairs at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare since July 2021, Tessa previously held the position of Corporate Counsel & Operations Manager. Tessa has also worked as a Senior Legal Consultant at SHIFT and as the Head of Legal & Managing Consultant at KorumLegal. Earlier experience includes serving as Legal Counsel for International Operations at GM Financial, where key responsibilities involved consumer credit and regulatory compliance. Tessa's career began at MinterEllison and DLA Piper, where foundational expertise in commercial and corporate law was developed. Tessa holds an LLB (Hons) and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Canterbury.
