Gary D. Baker

Gary Baker, Jr. defends employers in connection with a variety of workplace-related disputes and helps them comply with the labor and employment laws and regulations governing their operations.

Gary formerly practiced in the Cleveland office of a full-service Midwestern law firm, where he focused on employment, product liability and general liability issues. He represented state fund and self-insured employers in hundreds of workers’ compensation matters before the Industrial Commission of Ohio.

While in law school, Gary was a member of the Cleveland Marshall Mock Trial team and Champion of the 2019 Case Classic Mock Trial Competition.
