James represents employers in workplace law disputes and provides companies with counseling and advice on all aspects of their employment relationships.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, James served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Steven L. Bernard and the Honorable David J. Richman, both of the Colorado Court of Appeals, and to the Honorable Gregory M. Lammons of Colorado’s Eighth Judicial District.
James is a graduate of the University of Colorado Law School, where he was an articles editor of the University of Colorado Law Review and a teaching fellow for the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project.
