Kyley Chelwick is an associate in the firm’s Irvine office. Her practice includes counseling and defending employers in a variety of employment matters, including wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation litigation.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Kyley was a judicial extern for Justice Richard M. Aronson at the California Court of Appeals, 4th District, Division 3.
Kyley earned her J.D. from Fowler School of Law at Chapman University with an emphasis in Business Law and graduated cum laude. During her time at Fowler School of Law, Kyley served on the Chapman Law Review and was the Senior Symposium Editor for the 2018-2019 school year. She was also a member of the school’s moot court competition team after being invited to join in her first-year.
In 2019, Kyley was awarded The National Order of Scribes as an Outstanding Law Graduate, chosen by the law school’s faculty for those students who demonstrate outstanding legal writing and the highest levels of professionalism.
In her spare time, Kyley enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially while enjoying a good meal. Kyley also enjoys horseback riding and running.
