Miriam Batke

CHRO at FISHER TITUS MEDICAL CENTER

Miriam Batke is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Fisher-Titus. She joined Fisher-Titus on an interim basis in October 2019 before accepting a permanent position in February 2020. She is responsible for Human Resources across the Fisher-Titus Health system serving over 1,300 employees.

Miriam has 25 years of diverse human resources experience and extensive knowledge in the field. Most recently, she worked as a Senior Consultant with Findley. Prior to that, she was Director of Human Resources at Wood County Hospital, a non-profit community hospital. She also spent 10 years in corporate and operational human resource leadership roles with Aeroquip-Vickers, a global manufacturing company.

A graduate of Bowling Green State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Miriam obtained her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification in 2011 and her Senior Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP) in 2015.

Miriam is married and has two adult sons, a cat, and a special needs dog. In her free time, she enjoys biking, listening to music, and reading cookbooks.
