Becca Millstein has had a diverse and extensive work experience. In 2020, they co-founded and became the CEO of Fishwife, a female-founded and led food company. In 2019, they served as the Artist Community Manager at The Rattle Collective. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Atlantic Records as a Marketing, Brand Partnerships, and Commercial Licensing employee. Also in 2017, they were an Editorial & Programming Apprentice at The Believer. In 2016, they worked as a Music Branding Assistant at ICM Partners. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Board Member at Production Workshop, where they served as an artistic director and creative producer. Additionally, in 2015, they were a Teaching Assistant in the Theatre and Performance Studies Department at Brown University. In 2013, they were the Tour Manager for Brown University's Chattertocks and a Concert Production Intern at Swallow Hill Music. Finally, from 2013 to 2015, they were the Arts Editor and Staff Writer at The College Hill Independent.

Becca Millstein attended Phillips Exeter Academy from 2008 to 2012, then went on to receive their Bachelor's degree in Theirtory from Brown University from 2012 to 2016.
