Olivier Vaillancourt

Olivier Vaillancourt is a seasoned software development manager with extensive experience in engineering leadership and technical advising. Currently serving as Software Development Manager at Workleap since April 2023, Olivier manages feature development teams for ShareGate and the Workleap Platform. At Fiska, Olivier holds multiple roles including Technical Advisor and Vice President of Engineering, successfully leading a hybrid team, achieving high retention rates, and significantly reducing cloud infrastructure costs while maintaining performance. Prior experience includes pivotal roles at Keaton Row, where Olivier managed a distributed engineering team and played an instrumental role as a programming team lead in developing the company's online platform. Olivier co-founded Imeka and has lectured on computer graphics and interactive media at Université de Sherbrooke, where a B.Sc. in Imaging Sciences & Digital Media was earned. Previous technical experience includes roles at Behaviour Interactive as an engine and game programmer.
