Kaisa Sirén

Kaisa Sirén is an experienced professional in offering management and product development with a strong background in the consumer goods and industrial sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Offering Management for Fiskars Group in Europe and APAC since July 2019, Kaisa leads innovation programs and offering strategy development while managing teams in a matrix organization. Kaisa has previously held roles including Senior Product Manager and Product Manager in the gardening category, where responsibilities included global strategy execution and category growth. Prior experience includes product management at Suominen Corporation and traineeships at ABB and Wärtsilä, complemented by a Master's Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Tampere University of Technology.
