Lotta Schütt-Viio has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Lotta started their career as a Financial Assistant at Ålandsbanken Abp in 2007. Lotta then worked as a Marketing Analyst at Marketing Clinic, gaining experience in data analysis, marketing research, and project management. Lotta later joined iris Concise, where they held roles as Manager and Senior Manager, working with key clients in the consumer retail, leisure, and automotive industries. Their responsibilities included developing marketing, CRM, and communication strategies, as well as data analysis and reporting.

Currently, Lotta is employed at Fiskars Group, where they have held multiple positions. Lotta started as a Consumer Insights Manager at Fiskars Scandinavian Living, responsible for consumer insights and supporting profitable growth for brands such as Royal Copenhagen, Iittala, Arabia, and Rörstrand. Lotta then progressed to roles such as Director of Category Development, Director of Business Development, and Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for the Business Area Vita. In these positions, Lotta focused on strategic decision making, business development, and driving profitable growth.
