Mogens Staib Hansen has an extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mogens began their career in 1995 as a Sergeant First Class in Gardehusarregimentet and later worked as a Guidence Councellar at IHK. In 2007, they joined Royal Copenhagen as a Lean Coordinator and eventually became the Managing Director, overseeing manufacturing sites in Denmark and Thailand. During their tenure, they were responsible for factory design, knowledge and craftsmanship transfer, and building a local leadership team. In 2015, Mogens joined Fiskars Group as a Country Operations Manager and later served as the Head of Ceramic Production and Senior Vice President of Supply Chain for the Living business unit. In these roles, they managed manufacturing sites, coordinated global audits, and led a team of +2500 employees. Currently, Mogens is the Vice President of Supply Chain at Fiskars Group and also holds a board member position at VL 112.
Mogens Staib Hansen completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Science from the Engineering College of Copenhagen in 2006. Two years later, in 2008, they earned their Master of Science degree in International Technology Management from Aalborg University. In 2011, Hansen attended The Wharton School for the Executive Development Program in Business. In 2014, they furthered their business knowledge by completing the Fiskars Leadership Excellence program at INSEAD.
