Thidarat Dechayonbuncha

Thidarat Dechayonbuncha has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of procurement and sourcing. Thidarat started their career as a Sales Representative at Universal Franchise Ltd. and then moved on to work as a Purchasing and Material Control Officer at NMB - Minebea Thai Ltd. where they effectively planned and controlled the delivery of materials. Thidarat then joined Nestle (Thai) Ltd. as a Purchasing Supervisor, where they selected vendors for promotional/marketing items and developed strategic suppliers for long-term partnerships.

Thidarat further expanded their experience by working as a Regional Supply Management at Unilever, responsible for sourcing tubes and flexible packaging for regional projects in Asia. Thidarat then joined The Minor Food Group as a Category Manager, where they managed the full daily operations of non-food products and vegetables. After this, they worked at DSG International (Thailand) PLC as a Purchasing Manager, responsible for setting up the purchasing department in Thailand and later covering the whole Southeast Asia region.

Thidarat's career then took their to Reckitt Benckiser (Thailand) Ltd., where they served as a Procurement Manager, strategically managing the procurement team and ensuring the execution of purchasing objectives. Thidarat then joined Kimberly-Clark Thailand LTD. as a Purchasing Manager, focusing on financial savings and transformation in sourcing.

In 2016, Thidarat co-founded Marvel Sourcing & Trading Co., Ltd. and served as the Managing Director. Later that year, they joined Fiskars Group as the Director of Regional Sourcing for South Asia and Southeast Asia. Overall, Thidarat's work experience showcases their expertise in procurement management, strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and cost savings.

Thidarat Dechayonbuncha completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Chulalongkorn University in 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature from Chiang Mai University, specializing in Political Sciences (International Relations), in 2000.
