Henry Ramos

Henry Ramos is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the electric vehicle sector. Currently serving as the Lead Field Service Engineer at Fisker Inc. since September 2023, Henry leads a team responsible for maintaining and repairing electric vehicles while enhancing service quality. Previously, at Proterra Inc., Henry functioned as the Lead Engineering Technician, diagnosing high voltage electrical system issues and overseeing a technician team. In earlier roles at Rivian and Tesla, Henry honed skills in reverse engineering electric vehicles and providing high-voltage training, diagnostics, and customer service. Henry's career began at Simon's Automotive Repair, where foundational management and technical skills were developed.
