Nick Secord

Nick Secord is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the automotive and facilities management sectors. Currently serving as Vice President, Senior Counsel at Fisker Inc since 2021, Nick previously held the position of Assistant General Counsel at ABM Industries from 2020 to 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Corporate Counsel and Litigation Counsel at Kia Motors America from 2012 to 2020. Nick holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Illinois College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan.
