Debi Yadegari

Debi Yadegari is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the financial services and HR technology sectors. Currently serving as Exec. Governor at FiSolve since March 2025, Debi leverages industry expertise to address operational and regulatory challenges for clients. Prior to this role, Debi founded and led Villyge as CEO and Chief Empathy Officer, focusing on enhancing managerial effectiveness and employee engagement. Debi also founded Villyge LLC, providing legal and compliance advisory services, and initiated No Nutz Granola in response to personal circumstances involving a family member's allergen needs. Previous positions include Legal Counsel at Lehman Brothers and associate at Fried Frank, specializing in capital markets and asset management. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Political Science from Columbia University and Barnard College. Additionally, Debi completed summer studies at Peking University Law School in Beijing, China.
