Claudia Ivanova, CPHR, SHRM-CP

Claudia Ivanova, CPHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience. From 2011 to 2017, they held various roles in different companies. In 2011, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Bath & Body Works. In 2013, they worked as a Lifeguard and Swim Instructor at the Toronto Lawn Tennis Club. In 2015, they worked as a Swim Coach at the Port Moody Swim Club. In 2016, they worked as a Marketing Co-op at Helly Hansen and a Marketing Assistant at Simon Fraser University. Finally, from 2017 to present, they have been the Head of Human Resources at FISPAN, where they also held the role of Human Resources Generalist.

Claudia Ivanova holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University, where they majored in Marketing and Human Resources with Co-op Distinction. Claudia also holds a Bilingual Education Certificate/Certificat d'études bilingues from the École secondaire catholique Monseigneur de Charbonnel, which they obtained between 2007 and 2013. Additionally, Claudia is a member of the CPHR BC & Yukon since November 2020, and is a SHRM-CP certified professional since December 2022.
