Clayton Racine Weir

Clayton Racine Weir is an Adjunct Professor at UBC Sauder School of Business, specializing in graduate-level technology and commercialization classes since August 2023. As a co-founder of FISPAN since December 2016, Clayton has held multiple leadership roles, including CEO and Chief Commercial Officer, focusing on scaling go-to-market functions and product strategy. Previous experience includes serving as Board Chair, Treasurer, and Finance Committee Lead for Modo, a car-sharing cooperative, and participating on the teaching team for technology entrepreneurship courses at The University of British Columbia. Clayton has also designed and delivered growth programs for high-potential startups at BC Tech and holds an MBA in Finance from The University of British Columbia, along with a B.Comm in Marketing and Corporate Finance from the University of Saskatchewan.
