Richard Elkington

Richard Elkington has over 30 years of experience in security, logistics and supply chain management including work in the Middle East, Haiti, Ethiopia, United Kingdom and Canada wide operations. He has been involved in building remote logistical platforms and operational solutions to assist in mineral exploration for over a decade with a focus on critical infrastructure, crisis management, and business continuity. Mr. Elkington is an integral member of the technical team that discovered and has advanced the Patterson Lake South deposit. Since 2012 he has been responsible for logistical planning, coordination, management, and integration of all contractor groups supporting the Patterson Lake program. Additionally, he is responsible for integrating local stakeholder businesses, building local capacity, and assisting in the development of indigenous procurement programs to help grow the local industrial base.
