Diana Chávez has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Diana began their career as a Corporate Affairs and Events Intern at the Ecuadorian Canadian Chamber of Commerce, followed by a Project Management Intern at the Ministry of Industries and Productivity. In 2011, they worked as a Logistics and Trade Management Assistant at Gorizur Ltd. In 2012, they were a Project Management Assistant (HR) at DB Schenker Rail Deutschland AG. In 2014, they were an Ad-Hoc International Marketing Specialist at T-Metal spol. s r.o. In 2015, they were a Project Management Assistant (Global Trade Shows) at HERE, where they supported corporate events planning, logistics, promotion, launch, performance (KPI and ROI) tracking and reporting. Since 2017, Diana has worked at Fit Analytics, a Snap Inc. company, in various roles, including Agile Coach / Scrum Master FFSDK team, Product Owner Garments Database, Agile coach / Scrum Master for the FF core and GDB teams, Technical Project Manager (Garments Database), and Integration Manager. In their role as Integration Manager, they were responsible for on boarding and fostering relationships with new clients, planning weekly tasks/goals for the Developer, Database and Quality Assurance teams, and ensuring a smooth integration process.

Diana Chávez obtained their MASTER in International Economics from The Berlin School of Economics and Law between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a “Multilingual Bachelor of Arts in International Business” from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador between 2007 and 2011. Additionally, they obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, Scrum.org, and Coursera, including Change Management Foundations and Change Management Tips for Individuals (November 2022), Agile Product Owner Role: Foundations (January 2022), Communicating Across Cultures, Cultivating a Growth Mindset, and Leading and Working in Teams (June 2021), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) (November 2020), Advertising and Society (April 2015), and Social Psychology (September 2014).
