Elizabeth Taber

Elizabeth Taber is a seasoned CrossFit coach with extensive experience in the fitness industry, currently serving as a CrossFit Coach at Reebok | CrossFit ONE since February 2023 and at Invictus Boston since December 2021. Elizabeth has been the FFIT lead coach at Fit Factory since April 2018 and previously coached at Great Woods CrossFit from March 2017 to July 2018. Prior to their coaching career, Elizabeth held various managerial roles, including Assistant Store Manager at Carter's | OshKosh B'gosh and General Manager at Crunch Fitness. Elizabeth began their professional journey as a Fashion Stylist and Sales Leader at EXPRESS, where responsibilities included coaching and recruiting employees and enhancing customer experiences. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion/Apparel Design from Lasell University, obtained in 2012.
