Currently active at various locations, including Fit Factory Health Club and Old Colony YMCA, Wendy specializes in classes such as Barre, Zumba, and high-intensity dance fitness through Club Caliente. Previous roles include group fitness instructor positions at Plymouth Fitness, Kingsbury Club & Spa, and Workout World, among others. Wendy's expertise encompasses small group training and various fitness modalities, demonstrating a strong commitment to promoting health and wellness. Additionally, Wendy served on the Board of Directors for Watertown Community Housing, contributing to strategic planning efforts.
