Ann Hazel Rose is an experienced quality assurance executive with a strong background in food technology and processing. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Executive - Technical at Fit Fresh LLC since February 2020, Ann is responsible for collecting and testing samples of raw ingredients and finished products, with a focus on identifying harmful microorganisms. Previously, Ann worked as a Quality Executive at Cake Farm Group of Companies, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations and maintaining quality standards for food products. Ann gained valuable experience as a trainee at Synthite Industries Ltd and OCEANIC TROPICAL FRUITS PRIVATE LIMITED, where responsibilities included assisting with quality control procedures and implementing regulatory programs such as HACCP. Ann holds an MTech in Food Technology and Processing from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences and a BTech in Biotechnology from Sahrdaya College of Engineering and Technology.
