Ernest de Weert

Ernest de Weert began their work experience in 1999 as a Lease Representative for Light Commercial Vehicles at Terberg Leasing. Ernest then worked as an Account Manager for Light Commercial Vehicles at Auto Bongers BV in 2003. In 2004, they became a Sales Executive for Communication & Visual Equipment at BIS BV. From 2005 to 2008, Ernest worked as an Account Manager at Kroymans Autolease BV.

In 2009, they joined Louis Nagel BV as a Dealer Development Manager, responsible for dealer development on 53 John Deere dealers in the Netherlands. Ernest then moved to GreenChem Holding BV in 2011, where they initially served as a Sales Manager for Benelux and later as a European Product & Marketing Manager. Ernest played a crucial role in preparing GreenChem for the next wave of emission legislation for the Non Road Mobile Machinery and Passenger car markets.

In 2015, Ernest founded their own company called ProdusBlue BV, focusing on AdBlue resistant equipment for correct storage and distribution. Ernest later joined Sims Recycling Solutions in 2017 as a Marketing and Communication Manager for EMEA, responsible for setting up and developing marketing within the region for the WEEE-Recycling business unit.

Currently, Ernest works as a Sales Manager for Europe/DACH at FIT Global, a dedicated SAP development partner. Ernest utilizes their industry domain expertise to provide end-to-end business solutions for equipment management, rental, and leasing, aiming to boost profitability, availability, and sustainability for customers.

Ernest de Weert has a diverse education history. Ernest attended Fontys University of Applied Sciences from 2006 to 2012 where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in HBO-Commerciële Economie Nima A&B. In 2011, they also attended Beeckestijn Business School for a brief period, focusing on Digital Interactive Marketing (post-HBO) and earning a Registered Digital Marketeer certification. Ernest also received sales training from Kenneth Smit from 2001 to 2008. Additionally, they attended IVA Driebergen from 1997 to 1999 and obtained an IVA-B degree in General Sales, Merchandising, and Related Marketing Operations. It should be noted that their degree information is not available for their time at John Deere University in 2009 to 2010.
