Mitch Cambareri

Mitch Cambareri has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and technical support. Mitch worked at FIT Technologies as an Infrastructure Support Manager from September 2020 to the present. Prior to that, they worked at Park Place Technologies from 2011 to 2020, where they held the position of Senior Technical Support Engineer from July 2016 to March 2020. In this role, they provided the highest level of technical support on various hardware platforms, with a focus on DEC Digital Equipment Corporation, VAX, VAXstation, and AlphaServer. Mitch also served as a Material and Production Technician from September 2011 to June 2016, where they were responsible for testing and replacing data center equipment, providing back line support for printers, and level 3 support for HP Proliant line. Additionally, Mitch worked at FIT Technologies as a Technical Support Analyst II from October 2007 to December 2009.

Mitch Cambareri obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Electronics from Hocking College, where they studied from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they pursued Electrical Engineering at Ohio University from 2003 to 2005, although they did not earn a degree in that field. In addition to their formal education, Mitch has obtained several certifications, including the Meraki Black Belt Support certification from Cisco Meraki in January 2023, the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert in February 2022, and the yourERC Supervisory Series certification from yourERC Learning in April 2021.
