Hailey Persinger

Hailey Persinger is the Head of Product at Fitabase by Small Steps Labs since October 2018, where key achievements include developing the company's inaugural product strategy, leading the redesign of the flagship data dashboard, and implementing analytics strategies to enhance product offerings for researchers. Previously, Hailey served as a Product Manager at The New York Times from May 2016 to September 2018, focusing on push notifications and messaging products, while also collaborating with various teams to enhance user experience and retention. Earlier experience includes roles such as Editor for Yahoo News Digest and web producer for KPBS, alongside reporting positions at The San Diego Union Tribune and Killeen Daily Herald. Hailey holds a B.A. in English from the University of North Texas and completed additional training at General Assembly in 2016.
