Tamires Lauria

Tamires Lauria is a seasoned professional in the financial technology sector with significant experience in partnerships and business development. Currently serving as Partner & Sales Enterprise at FitBank since October 2021, Tamires is involved in infratech banking, focusing on cloud-native core banking integrated with the Brazilian Payment System. Prior to FitBank, Tamires held the position of Head of Strategic Partnerships at Hub Fintech from April 2016 to October 2021, where responsibilities included promoting banking as a service and open finance solutions. Additionally, Tamires worked as Key Account Manager at Social Bank, a digital bank aimed at redefining societal values, between October 2016 and June 2019. Tamires holds a Master of Business Administration in Economics, Investments, and Banking from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, expected to complete in April 2026, and a degree in Marketing from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, completed in December 2020.
