Lucas Pforzheimer has a long history of customer success and customer service roles. Lucas began their career in 2007 as a Customer Services Associate/Business Partner at Brinks Inc. In 2011, they joined AdBrite as a Client Services Specialist. Lucas then moved on to Simply Hired in 2013, where they held the roles of Account Manager, Client Services - Mid-Market, Account Manager, Client Services - Job Boards, and Customer Support Lead. In 2017, they joined Joveo as a Manager, Customer Success. That same year, they also began working at BroadVision as a Manager, Customer Success & Partner Acquisition. In 2019, they became self-employed as a Customer Success Consultant. Most recently, in 2020, they began working at Fitbod as a Customer Success and volunteering at the Palo Alto Humane Society.

Lucas Pforzheimer attended Saint Francis High School from 2000 to 2003 and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Psychology from Whittier College in 2007.
