Kinshuk Snehi has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 11 years. Kinshuk currently holds the position of Lead - Digital Marketing and Communications at FitBudd since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Digital Marketing Manager at Ashnik from July 2019 to July 2021. Kinshuk also served as a Client Management Lead - Brands at Digi Osmosis from January 2019 to June 2019.
In 2017, Kinshuk was the Strategy and Client Servicing Manager at Pi Communications. In this role, they managed digital marketing for a prominent automotive brand and was responsible for various marketing objectives, including managing online assets and conducting market research and analysis. Kinshuk also worked as a Creative Strategist at Zapak Digital Entertainment Limited from November 2014 to December 2016.
Kinshuk gained experience in client servicing at M&C Saatchi from April 2013 to November 2014 and mcgarrybowen India from July 2012 to March 2013. Kinshuk started their career as an Account Executive at Stirred Creative from February 2012 to June 2012. Kinshuk also has prior experience as a Social Media Marketing Intern at Metro Monkey in 2011 and as an Intern at Centre Udayan Care in 2010.

Kinshuk Snehi completed their education at two different institutions. From 2005 to 2008, they attended Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies in Pune, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Management Studies. Following that, from 2010 to 2012, Kinshuk pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Communication Management at Symbiosis School of Media and Communication in Bengaluru.
In addition to their formal education, Kinshuk has obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge in the field of digital marketing. Kinshuk obtained certifications in Inbound Marketing, Digital Advertising, and Digital Marketing from HubSpot Academy in June 2021. Furthermore, in June 2019, they obtained certifications in Google Ads Display, Google Ads Fundamentals, Google Analytics Individual Qualification, and YouTube Channel Growth from Google.
