Nikolai Sytar

Nikolai Sytar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, project management, and strategic partnerships across various sectors. Currently serving as Mission Director at FITCH BENNETT Partners since December 2024, Sytar previously held the role of Project Management Leader and Senior Consultant at WAYDEN, where transformational initiatives were successfully executed. Prior to this, Sytar was the Head of Strategic Partnerships and Counselor for the President of the Russian Red Cross, optimizing partnerships and resource mobilization efforts. Further experience includes leading partnerships and communications at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, project management at TASS, and serving as International Project Coordinator at Luazon Co.
