Ali Sabit

Ali Sabit has extensive experience in various roles related to HR analytics, compensation, and business transformation. Ali started their career as an HRIS and MI Analyst at Groupama Insurance Company Limited in 2005, where they were responsible for maintaining and upgrading the HR system.

In 2011, Ali joined Morgan Stanley as an HRIS specialist, providing support for HR applications and systems. Ali later took on the role of Director of Business Transformation, where they oversaw operational changes and delivered measurable improvements. In their most recent role at Morgan Stanley, they served as the HR Analytics & Compensation Director, providing technical expertise and support to various HR teams.

In 2018, Ali moved to Fitch Ratings, where they currently serve as the Head of Workforce Analytics & Compensation. Additional information about this role is not provided.
