Eileen Fahey

Eileen Fahey is the current Chief Risk Officer at Fitch Group. Eileen has over fifteen years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on risk management.

Eileen started their career at Fitch Ratings in 2002 as a Managing Director. In this role, they oversaw ratings of insurance companies, REITs and money funds. Eileen was also previously the lead analyst for capital markets financial institutions.

In January 2015, Eileen was promoted to Chief Credit Officer at Fitch Ratings. In this role, they were responsible for managing the credit risk of the company’s portfolio.

Eileen has been with Fitch Group since May 2017 and in their current role as Chief Risk Officer, they are responsible for overseeing the risk management of the company.

Eileen Fahey has a BA in business/economics from St. Mary's College, Notre Dame Indiana. Eileen also has a certification from 162977 in Chartered Financial Analyst.
