Mehak Zaidi

Mehak Zaidi, MFin, currently serves as a Senior Rating Analyst at Fitch Ratings, a position held since August 2022. Prior to this, Mehak worked as a Credit Rating Analyst in the healthcare sector at S&P Global Ratings from February 2019 to August 2022, where responsibilities included adjusting financial statements and conducting periodic reviews of healthcare companies to assess rating impacts. Additional experience includes participation in the WCM UniConnect Mentorship Program and roles as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at McMaster University's DeGroote School of Business, summer student at RBC in Merchant Payment Solutions, and a Teaching Assistant at Lahore University of Management Sciences. Mehak began an academic journey with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Lahore University of Management Sciences, followed by a Master's degree in Finance from McMaster University. Additionally, Mehak is a CFA Level III candidate.
