Omid Rahmani

Omid Rahmani currently serves as Associate Director for Public Finance Cyber Risk at Fitch Ratings, a position held since November 2020, leading the Cyber Risk Practice for the United States Public Finance, International Public Finance, and Global Infrastructure & Project Finance sectors. Prior experience includes roles as an Analyst and Specialist in US Public Finance at S&P Global Ratings from January 2015 to November 2020, and a Legislative Fellow at the U.S. House of Representatives from August 2014 to January 2015. Rahmani began the professional career as a Research Assistant at Texas A&M University from March 2011 to January 2013. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of Oklahoma (2013-2014) and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Texas A&M University (2010-2013).
