Rohit Italia currently holds the position of Vice President - Credit Risk at Goldman Sachs, specializing in Fund Finance with a focus on Private Equity, Private Credit, and Structured Equities since June 2024. Previously, Rohit served as Director of Structured Credit at Fitch Ratings and as Credit Subject Matter Expert at Allvue Systems from June 2019 to December 2021. Rohit's experience also includes roles as Associate Director - Analytics Manager at SS&C Technologies, Vice President - CLO Investment Operations Manager at The TCW Group, and Officer - Structured Credit Specialist at Deutsche Bank. Rohit earned an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a B.S. in Finance from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
