Cedric Chehab has extensive work experience in the field of country risk and global strategy. Cedric is currently serving as the Global Head of Country Risk at Fitch Solutions since July 2018. Previously, they held several leadership roles at BMI Research (A Fitch Group Company). These roles include Head of Country Risk & Global Strategy, Head of Asia Research, Head of Americas Country Risk & Industry Research, Head of Commodities Research & Strategy, and Latin America Country Risk & Financial Markets Analyst. Cedric has successfully managed teams, developed strategic content, provided thought leadership, formulated growth strategies, and contributed to global asset strategy.
Cedric Chehab completed their MSc in Economic History from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2005 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned a BA PPE in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from the University of Essex, where they studied from 2002 to 2005.
