Dylan Swann has a variety of work experience across different companies. Dylan started their career in 2008 at Princeton Family YMCA as a Development and Marketing Assistant. In 2012, they worked at QUMAS as a Sales Operations and Marketing Assistant. Dylan then joined Thomson Reuters in 2013, where they worked as a Regional Client Loyalty Coordinator and later as a Customer Success Manager. Dylan then moved on to Fitch Solutions in 2017 and held various roles, including Country Risk and Industry Research Specialist, Associate Account Manager, Account Manager, Senior Account Manager - Team Lead, Director of Americas Sales Development, and currently, as the Global Head of Sales Enablement. Dylan's experience spans over several years and reflects a progression in responsibility and leadership roles.

Dylan Swann holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Villanova University, which they completed from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from Roanoke College, where they studied from 2007 to 2011.
