Mait Sooaru

Mait Sooaru currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Fitek Group since January 2024 and is a Board Member of the Estonian Business Angels Network (EstBAN) since February 2022. Previously, Mait held the position of CEO North-East Europe at Unifiedpost Group from January 2021 to December 2023, and served as CEO at Fitek from January 2016 to January 2021. Former roles include a member of the Management Board at Omniva from March 2012 to November 2015, and Global Solution Manager at Itella Corporation from February 2009 to January 2012, where responsibilities included managing a significant outbound invoice service across 16 countries. Mait's career began at Itella Information AS, where leadership roles spanned from Managing Director to a member of the Supervisory Board from August 1998 to April 2011. Educational credentials include MBAs in Business Management from Estonian Business School and in Information Technology from TalTech, culminating in a foundation of expertise and strategic development in various leadership capacities.
