Cristhian Espinoza Rodriguez has over a decade of experience in production and supervision roles within various industries. Currently serving as Lider de Producción at Fitesa since January 2012, Cristhian focuses on the production of non-woven fabrics for hygienic and medical applications. Previous experience includes a position as Supervisor de Producción at BASF, overseeing the manufacturing of chemical additives for the construction industry, and as Asistente Jefe de turno at Cementos Pacasmayo SAA, where supervision of the Waelz rotary furnace and zinc calcination was part of responsibilities.
