Gustavo Mariante

Gustavo Mariante has a diverse range of work experience in various managerial and leadership roles. Gustavo began their career at Gerdau as a Production Supervisor from 2001 to 2004. Gustavo then moved on to work at Stihl as a Quality Engineer in 2004. In 2005, they joined Oetiker do Brasil as a Quality Manager. From 2006 to 2011, they worked at FitesaFiberweb as an HS&E, QA, and Process Manager, and later as an Operations Manager. Gustavo continued their career at Fitesa as a Global Management System Manager for a brief period in 2012, before taking on the role of HS&E, QA, and Process Manager from 2012 to 2014. Gustavo then became a Project Manager from 2015 to 2016. Subsequently, they were appointed as Operations Manager São Paulo from 2021 to 2023, during which they also served as a Plant Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Operations Director Brazil at Fitesa.

Gustavo Mariante completed their education history with a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral in the years 2013 to 2015. Before that, they pursued a Masters in Engineering - Material Science from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, graduating in 1999. Gustavo also holds a degree in Metallurgical Engineering, which they obtained from the same university from 1991 to 1996. Finally, Gustavo attended Colégio Farroupilha from 1981 to 1990.
