William Tang

William TANG is a seasoned operations director with extensive experience in logistics and customer success management. Currently, TANG serves as the Director of Operations for both Alibaba Group and Cainiao Network in Brazil, roles held since March 2021. Prior to this, TANG held significant positions at Loggi as Head of Customer Success and at FedEx as Senior Manager for Sales & Supply Solutions in South America, along with roles in project management and planning analytics at various companies, including Cosan Logística and ThyssenKrupp. TANG holds an MBA in Finance from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, a certification in Negotiation and Influence from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the University of São Paulo.
